Returns & Refunds
We hope you’re happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not, you may return or exchange your Badú product(s) within 14 days of the delivery date.
Please note: Product(s) must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Tags that were attached to the product may not be removed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept or refund returns that do not meet these conditions.
Make sure to use a suitable shipping box to prevent damage during transport!
Return shipping costs are at your own expense and depend on the country you're returning the items from.
Would you like to exchange your product(s) for a different size or color? Please return the item(s) and place a new order.

- Sign in to your account:
- Enter your email in the "Email" field and then click "Continue".
- You receive an email with a six-digit code, copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Then enter a six-digit verification code to enter your account.
- Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and, if you want, add a note for the store.
- Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved, you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned and approved, you receive a refund.

Return Processing
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, please allow approximately 5 business days for processing.
After processing, your refund will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.
The refund may take 3–5 business days to appear, once the return has been processed.

Return Policy Summary
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be returned in perfect condition—unused, undamaged, in the original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Used products will not be accepted for return. In such cases, no refund will be issued and the package will be sent back to you.
- If you used a gift card for your purchase, the original code will be reactivated within 14 days after we receive your return.
